IN-STORE PICKUP POLICY

We now offer in-store pickup for your convenience. By selecting the in-store pickup option during checkout, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Processing Time: Orders placed online for in-store pickup will be processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email or text message when your order is ready for pickup.
2. Pickup Location: Orders must be picked up at the designated store location:

3. Pickup Requirements:
   • You must bring a valid photo ID and the order confirmation (email or text message) to retrieve your purchase.
   • If someone else will pick up the order on your behalf, you must contact us in advance to provide their name. They will also need a valid photo ID and the order confirmation.
4. Order Hold Time: Orders will be held for 7 days from the time you are notified that your order is ready for pickup. If the order is not picked up within this timeframe, it will be canceled, and you will be refunded (excluding any non-refundable fees).
5. Order Changes or Cancellations:
   • If you need to change or cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible.
   • If the order is already ready for pickup, changes or cancellations may not be allowed.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately with photographic evidence. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued for items that are damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly. Items must be returned in original packaging with all labels intact.

Cancellation Policy
