Exchange Policy

1. No exchange or return on make-up, lip gloss, lip stick, lashes, earrings, nose rings, liquid/chemical items, wigs, hair extensions, hair pieces, braiding hair, sale or clearance items
2. Some SAME DAY exchanges MAY be honored on braiding hair and hair pieces, at the Managers discretion
3. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging within 14(fourteen) days of purchase with the original receipt
4. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt
5. Items on sale or clearance cannot be exchanged
6. All clippers and trimmer are FINAL sale

Defective or Damaged Items

1. Defective or damaged items may be returned or exchanged for store credit only within 7(seven) days of purchase with the original receipt. Store credit will be offered for defective or damaged items at the discretion of management
2. No check payments accepted.
3. Customers are encouraged to contact The Hair Zone Beauty Supply directly at info@thebeautyknwhow.com to resolve any issues with their purchase before initiating a chargeback.
